NGC’s Hannover Debut Well Received by International Customers

The Hannover Fair was held again this year from April 23rd – 27th, showcasing a total of more than 7,500 participating enterprises from 70 countries and attracting 265,000 visitors from over 80 countries.

With the theme of “Industry Integration, Interconnection and Cooperation”, and the Fair was designed to set up an international platform for Industry 4.0. Exhibits ranged from automation and robotics, software and IT, power transmission and fluid technology to integrated energy systems, and featured subcontracted and lightweight designs as well as a full range of industrial technology research and development.

As one of the global leaders in the field of power transmission, NGC Group’s debut was very well received, as they exhibited 7 product ranges and industrial solutions from their 3 key industries (industrial equipment, wind power, and rail vehicles). “China has NGC” became the latest leading topic for many international equipment manufacturers.

The “Herd” Model

On the first day of the fair, the NGC booth was extremely popular, as it greeted friends from all over the world with open arms. Regardless of whether they were professionals, partners or colleagues, thousands of visitors enjoyed stopping by the NGC booth, having a look and exploring their offering. A simple yet generous booth, NGC offered visitors a well-thought out and informative tour; the products were intelligently presented, ensuring a pleasant exhibition experience.

Some special “little guests” were also visiting the fair – a group of German school children showed a genuine interest in the NGC booth and stopped by to visit. Engineers from NGC Europe gave them an enthusiastic introduction to NGC and its products, and arranged for the children to experience the interactive exhibition wall, leaving them with wonderful memories of their trip.

3 Key Fields + 7 Key Product Lines + Industrial system solutions

At this fair, the NGC Group’s 7 key product ranges from their 3 key business fields (industrial equipment, wind power, and rail vehicles) were showcased, as well as their industrial systems solutions. These included the MHB series standard industrial gearbox, the MP series standard industrial planetary gearbox, the MHC series cooling tower gearbox, an engineering machinery gearbox, a wind energy informatization gearbox, a rapid intercity rail transit locomotive gearbox, a city tram gearbox, and a dry process cement production line transmission system solution.

The NGC MHB series standard industrial gearbox offers a high power density ratio and excellent cost-efficiency, with a torque range from 6,000 Nm to 1,400,000 Nm. It is based on a modularized structural design concept and can be delivered both quickly and flexibly.

NGC’s brand new series of engineering gearboxes adhere to the concepts of modular thinking and platform design, and are thus well-suited to meet a variety of customer needs in different industries. They can be widely applied in wheel or crawler mechanisms for mobile equipment, and have many long-term references in engineering applications both at home and abroad.

From the raw materials storage yard, raw materials grinding system, firing system, right through to the cement grinding system, raw materials and cement transportation equipment, NGC can provide efficient, stable solutions for the entire dry process cement production line. At the fair, NGC’s promotional video showed the MLX, MFY, MHB, MHK, MP series products applied in their various specific applications on the production line, which was of great interest to many customers from the cement industry.

Geared for a Better Future

The winds of change have brought light and power to the masses, while convenient transportation has led to the rise of cities. At the NGC booth, there is an interactive wall for visitors to understand how NGC is geared for a better future in every aspect of life.

Looking to the future, the NGC Group will continue to adhere to its philosophy of “Geared for a Better Future”. It will develop its core businesses in the fields of clean energy, high-efficiency and energy saving technology, in order to contribute to a bright future with sustainable development.
