NGC’s Debut at the 2018 US Wind Energy Exhibition

On May 7-10, 2018, the 14th US wind energy exhibition was held in the “windy city” of Chicago, at the McCormick Convention & Exhibition Center. As one of the world’s largest wind energy events, this exhibition attracted more than 500 wind energy companies from all over the world, all eager to discuss future development opportunities. As one of the global leaders in the field of wind gearbox, NGC once again attended this event.

NGC’s theme for the exhibition was “Service without Limitations”. NGC showcased the total service system it has set up for the US market. Relying on two service agents in Los Angeles, California and Fort Worth, Texas, NGC can provide complete lifecycle support for main gearboxes, including all spare parts, technical support, maintenance services, mating gearbox inventory, and maintenance under the tower, along with as a full set of exchange and maintenance services. As well as NGC products, we can also provide professional on-site service support for non-NGC products.

During the exhibition, the COO of NGC group Mr. Gu Xiaobin, Wind Energy Department Deputy General Manager for Marketing Mr. Zhu Quansheng, and the General Manager of the American Business Unit Ms. Gong Yan, together with Chinese technical experts and US sales staff, engaged in some very friendly exchanges with overseas customers. They discussed the potential of the market, as well as development opportunities for after-sales service, thus laying a good foundation for future cooperation.
