NGC Launches MCPRV-S Series: A Breakthrough in Domestic High-Torque RV Reducers

NGC unveils the MCPRV-S, a fully indigenous, high-torque RV reducer designed for heavy-load, high-precision, long-life applications.

Built from the ground up with in-house R&D, NGC’s MCPRV-S delivers in comparison to conventional RV-gears (with similar specs):

20% higher bending/torsional stiffness
30% better anti-overturning capacity
50% longer service life, plus dustproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant design for harsh environments
20% higher load capacity

The first batch includes MCPRV-500S, MCPRV-550S, and MCPRV-700S, covering mid-to-ultra-high torque needs. Mass production and market launch are planned for the second half of 2026.
