NGC Europe honors long-term employees

Twelve colleagues (two in absence) working at NGC Europe were recently honored for staying with the company for more than 5 years. It was a great surprise for them when they were called to step forward during an employee meeting. For some it seemed they had not consciously realized that they had been with the company for such a long time.

NGC EU is especially proud of these colleagues, who make up 35% of its current workforce. When asked why, the long-term employees had a short and easy answer: “It is because we simply like working for NGC”. Stability that pays off, especially knowing that these days it is no longer the norm for employees to stay with one company for many years. It is easy for qualified workers to move on when expertise in a growing industry is in demand. On top of this, today’s tempting employment packages offered by companies contribute to a high worker turnover. We are pleased to see that NGC bucks the trend in terms of employees not lasting long in a position. Congratulations again to our loyal employees on their dedication to the company.
