NGC Customer Day 2025

On April 25, 2025, NGC successfully hosted its Wind Energy Customer Day in Chengdu, themed "High-Quality Wind Energy Control and Co-Creating the Future." The event convened over 150 key stakeholders - including turbine manufacturers, developers, and industry experts - to explore strategic pathways for cost-effective, high-efficiency wind energy solutions in the context of global energy transformation and rising trade barriers.

NGC Chairman Hu Jichun highlighted the company’s impressive track record, noting that it has delivered over 115,000 gearboxes globally and supported more than 315 GW of capacity. He confirmed that NGC’s long-standing leadership in gearbox R&D, product reliability and lean, innovation-driven production will continue. In this context, he referred to the critical role of innovation and cross-industry collaboration. Other key speakers emphasized the company's commitment to quality, service and technological leadership while optimizing costs and boosting industry-wide competitiveness.

Looking ahead, NGC is committed to advancing large-megawatt equipment and implementing rigorous quality control and upgraded aftermarket services, thereby reinforcing its role in the global energy transition and supporting China’s “dual carbon” goals by providing superior gear transmission technology and encouraging international collaboration.
