NGC at the China International Exhibition on Rubber Technology
The 18th China International Rubber Technology Exhibition was held from September 19th to 21st at the new Shanghai International Expo Center. NGC's Rubber & Plastics Business Department took part in this exhibition, demonstrating the company's new rubber and plastics gearbox products to customers.
The China International Exhibition on Rubber Technology is a leading international-scale professional exhibition, as well as being the largest and most influential in the country. This year, it attracted nearly 700 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions all over the world, covering areas such as rubber machinery, raw materials and rubber products. It truly was the rubber industry’s grand annual trade show.

During the exhibition, NGC showcased the company’s newly developed large open mill gearbox, as well as gearboxes with modular lubricating systems for the rubber and plastics industry. The large open mill gearbox features a power dividing structure, a narrower input shaft diameter, and reduced weight. Compared with the single input open mill of the same power and torque, its weight has been cut by 30%. Not only has the cost been greatly reduced in this way, but the late production assembly of the gearbox has also been facilitated, increasing the stability of the transmission chain. Another highlight is the standardized lubrication module. This device integrates the lubrication, cooling and monitoring systems into the module, ensuring a compact structure, intelligent layout, and good aesthetic appearance. The interchangeability, and hence the convenience for follow-up maintenance work, has also been improved accordingly. NGC’s independently designed rubber and plastics gearboxes, for which the company owns full IP rights, are of high reliability, high cost performance, and extremely competitive within the industry. These were the products most highly rated by visitors at the exhibition.

During the exhibition, NGC’s booth attracted a lot of potential customers and received very positive feedback. NGC reached a number of cooperation agreements and received several statements of intent, but also engaged in friendly exchanges with industry colleagues, which will no doubt bring new opportunities for the future development of the rubber business.
