Recently, NGCs MLXSS800M dual-planet vertical mill reducer was successfully put into operation. This slag vertical mill reducer was installed in the 21.5 million ton slag grinding production line of Luannan Lianxu Building Materials Co., LTD. The general contractor for this project was the Jiangsu Mountop Group. The products design rating is 7,800 kW, making it the largest model to date of NGCs M-series vertical mill gearbox platform.
The shield machine (shield tunneling machine), is a dedicated piece of tunnel engineering machinery, which combines optics, mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, sensors, and information technology. Its main applications are soil excavation, conveying soil crusts, tunnel lining, laser orientation, and other functions. It is the real pillar of a great power, and is also known in industry circles as the "underground aircraft carrier".
Technique to touch – that is was we wanted to show. With the intention to give the visitor the opportunity to convince himself about the ruggedness and the manufacturing quality of NGC products, NGC presented a selection of in total six real gearboxes out of its whole industrial product portfolio.
