Parallel Shaft Gearboxes
Description
The new energy vehicle parallel-shaft gearbox, which was independently developed in-house by NGC, features two different structures: double-stage and single-stage transmission. The gearbox can be integrated with a differential mechanism and matched with an electronic parking mechanism and drum brake. The gearbox has a compact structure, high transmission efficiency, and excellent NVH performance.
Advantages
- Application of ordinal and modal analysis technology for an optimized gear and gearbox structure, reduced transmission errors, and an improved NVH performance
- Optimized gearbox lubrication system by flow-field and thermal-field simulations, as well as experimental verification, bringing high transmission efficiency and reliability to the gearbox
- High transmission efficiency
- High reliability
- Lightweight design, based on finite element analysis
- Compact structure
- High power density
