Epicyclic Planetary Gearboxes
Description
The new energy vehicle epicyclic planetary gearbox, which was independently developed in-house by NGC, has two features and two different structures: double-stage and single-stage epicyclic planetary transmission. The gearbox can be integrated with a differential mechanism that provides features such as a compact structure, high power density, and excellent NVH performance.
This product can be used in new energy passenger and commercial vehicles with a maximum power of 250 kW and a maximum speed of 16,000 rpm.
Advantages
- Application of ordinal and modal analysis technology for an optimized gear and gearbox structure, reduced transmission errors, and an improved NVH performance
- Optimized gearbox lubrication system by flow-field and thermal-field simulations, as well as experimental verification, bringing high transmission efficiency and reliability to the gearbox
- High transmission efficiency
- High reliability
- Lightweight design, based on finite element analysis
- Compact structure and a high power density
