Main Driving Gearboxes for Hot Plate Rolling Mills

Description

NGC’s main driving gearboxes for hot plate rolling mills are applied to production lines in order to provide enough power for rough and finished rolling zones. The production line has significant rolling reduction and roll force. This is so that the driving system provides high rolling torque and the requirements needed for extreme reliability and stabilization.

These gearboxes include a main reducer with a reduction ratio and a gear housing for power allocation. The power and torque of the main motor can be transmitted to the two rollers of the hot plate after the main reducer and the gear housing are connected.
